01. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

By accessing or using any part of the k786 platform — whether by browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and k786. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing and using the platform and close your account if one has been created.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with k786's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

• You must be a natural person of legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction.

• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party when placing bets or conducting financial transactions on the platform.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of k786 or any affiliated company, game provider, or payment processor connected to the platform.
• You must not have been previously excluded from k786 or have had an account closed for Terms violations.

04. Account Registration

To access the full range of k786 Services, you are required to register for a player account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on k786. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or under aliases — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being suspended and balances frozen.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, current, and complete. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. k786 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. You must notify k786 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• No Account Sharing: Your account is for your personal use only. Sharing account credentials with any third party is prohibited. k786 accepts no liability for any loss resulting from unauthorised access where the User failed to protect their login details.
• KYC Compliance: k786 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method before deposits, withdrawals, or bonus claims are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

05. Deposits & Payments

k786 accepts deposits via a range of methods tailored to Pakistani players, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Bank Transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank), Raast, USDT (TRC20), and Bitcoin. The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be reversed where detected.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification level.
• k786 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank, mobile wallet provider, or crypto network may apply their own transaction fees, for which k786 accepts no responsibility.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are credited to your account upon confirmation on the relevant blockchain. Network congestion may affect confirmation times. k786 credits the PKR equivalent at the exchange rate applicable at the time of confirmation.
• k786 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of deposited funds as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in withdrawal restrictions.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once confirmed. If you believe a deposit was made in error, contact k786 support immediately via live chat.

06. Withdrawals

k786 is committed to processing withdrawals promptly. The following rules and procedures govern all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit on the account, or to a verified payment method registered in the account holder's name.
• A minimum balance threshold applies to all withdrawal requests; specific minimums are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to a verification review. k786 aims to process approved withdrawals within the following timelines: JazzCash / EasyPaisa — within minutes of approval; USDT — within 30 minutes of approval; bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan) — within 1–3 business days.
• k786 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending completion of identity verification (KYC) or source of funds checks.
• Bonus funds and funds derived from bonus play that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
• In the event of suspected fraudulent activity, k786 may freeze withdrawal processing indefinitely pending investigation, with all relevant information shared with appropriate authorities where required.

07. Bonuses & Promotions

k786 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published at the point of offer:

• All bonus offers are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and above only.
• Each promotion applies once per player, household address, IP address, device, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated in the specific promotion terms.
• k786 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, exploiting mathematical loopholes in bonus structures, placing offsetting bets to guarantee risk-free outcomes, or any other activity deemed by k786 to constitute abuse — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and winnings, and may result in account closure.
• Crypto deposit bonuses may have different eligibility rules or wagering structures compared to PKR-based deposit bonuses. Always check the specific promotion terms before opting in.

08. Betting Rules

All sports betting activity on k786 is governed by k786's general betting rules as well as sport-specific rules applicable to each market. The following general rules apply to all bets placed on the platform:

• A bet is confirmed only when k786 acknowledges acceptance of the bet and a Bet ID is generated and displayed to the player. Bets placed but not confirmed due to technical errors are not valid.
• k786 reserves the right to limit, refuse, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including where odds were published in error, where the event outcome is already known, or where suspicious betting patterns are detected.
• In the event of an event abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, settlement will be determined in accordance with k786's specific rules for that sport, which are available in the Help section of the platform.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to live market availability. k786 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time during an event. Bets placed after the relevant event has concluded will be voided.
• PSL and other Pakistan cricket markets are subject to the same general and cricket-specific rules. Player performance props, match result markets, and outright tournament winners are each governed by their own specific settlement rules.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement.

09. Casino & Games

The k786 Casino section offers live dealer games and a slot library sourced from internationally recognised game providers. The following rules apply to all casino and slot activity:

• All games are operated by their respective third-party game providers under their own licensing and certification. k786 acts as the platform through which games are made available to registered players.
• Game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) for slot and virtual games, and by live physical game mechanics for live dealer titles. k786 does not influence or interfere with any game outcome.
• In the event of a technical failure mid-game — whether caused by the player's device, internet connection, or the game provider's systems — k786 will attempt to reconstruct the game state from server-side records. k786's determination of the relevant game state at the time of disconnection is final.
• Maximum bet limits apply to individual games and are displayed within each game interface. Exceeding these limits through any means may result in winnings being voided.
• Jackpot awards are subject to verification by the relevant game provider before they are credited to player accounts. k786 reserves the right to withhold jackpot payments pending verification.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the k786 platform. Any User found engaging in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and may be subject to legal action:

• Creating, operating, or participating in any multi-accounting scheme.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or display errors to obtain credits or winnings beyond what was intended by the game or betting system.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or other financial crime through the platform.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any activity connected to the corruption of sporting events on which bets are placed.
• Using credit cards or borrowed funds that do not belong to the account holder to fund a k786 account.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing k786 staff or other players in any communications channel.
• Attempting to access the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention tool.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

k786 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account action include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing involvement.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more (dormant account policy).
• A player's own request for voluntary self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited at k786's discretion depending on the nature of the violation. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no Terms violation is involved, any remaining real-money balance will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method following successful identity verification.

12. Responsible Gaming

k786 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes the wellbeing of all players seriously. The following provisions form part of k786's broader Responsible Gaming obligations:

• k786 enforces a strict 21+ age policy. No person under the age of 21 may register, deposit, or place bets on the platform under any circumstances.
• Players may request deposit limits, loss limits, wager limits, session time limits, and cooling-off periods directly from their account settings at any time.
• Players may request full self-exclusion from the k786 platform for a minimum period of 6 months or permanently. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of submission and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.
• k786 staff are trained to identify signs of problem gambling behaviour and may proactively reach out to players displaying such signs, or apply account restrictions, in the player's best interest.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the k786 platform — including but not limited to the k786 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game content, software, and user interface — is the intellectual property of k786 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the k786 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any k786 content without prior written consent.
• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any part of the platform.
• Use any k786 branding, trademarks, or logos in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written permission.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform for any commercial purpose.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, k786 limits its liability as follows:

• k786's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds held in that User's account balance at the time the claim arises.
• k786 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
• k786 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Maintenance periods and technical outages may occur and are not grounds for claims.
• k786 is not liable for any loss arising from a player's decision to place a bet or play a game, or from any outcome of such activity. All gambling involves risk and players participate entirely at their own risk.
• k786 is not responsible for any delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, banking institutions, or blockchain network congestion.

15. Amendments to These Terms

k786 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, k786 will take reasonable steps to notify registered players — this may include a notice on the platform, an email to the registered address, or an in-app notification.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the k786 platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting k786 support via live chat.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to k786's operating jurisdiction. k786 operates under international online gaming regulations applicable to its licensed status.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence. k786 acknowledges that players located in Pakistan interact with the platform subject to applicable Pakistani law regarding online gaming activities.
